“I just got a new Insignia Voice, but the firmware is still 105 after resetting the device several times. How do I get it to update the firmware, the Google Home App doesn't give that option for this device.”

• Same problem here firmware not upgrading, without upgrade it is useless device

• Try resetting it a few times by pressing the button on the back. Eventually it will update the firmware.
