I didn't have those issues and the top sensors works for me all the times. But my wife has sometimes issues with the top sensors. Sometimes is better "I think" to just say "Ok Goggle" ....... turn the alarm off. It works 100% of the time. But if you are experiencing issues and you have warranty or service with the Geeks you should call them.
