“My Insignia goes on like I asked it a question... What's up with that??? Also, noticed that it shows up every once in a while as an unsecured wi-fi device when I connect my laptop to my home's network... Also, starts playing music on it's own. HELP!!!”

Mine does that every once in awhile too... especially if I'm watching TV. I think sometimes it hears something on TV that kind of sounds like it's command words... don't know for sure. It's not just the Insignia devices either... My JBL link 300 smart speaker also does that... who knows why? I don't know about the other things you mentioned, but I'll tell you like I've told a lot of people on this site... you could do a reset... that might do it! Seems like doing a simple reset fixes a lot of problems on these smart devices. If you want to try that here's how you do it... Hold the square button down in the back of the unit for about 20 to 30 seconds until you see the word "set" on the front of the unit. I believe it makes a sound when that happens. Then go thru the setup process again. That might fix your problems ... Could force a new firmware update, too. Hope that helps.
