QuestionIs there a way to get past the "LOAD" error? It flashed it all night after setting up. Got real weird setting up with rest of assistants in the house, as it played music as a group but told me I needed to log into the app to ask it questions. Then "LOAD".

QuestionOther than (1) size, (2) speaker quality, (3) color, and (4) the rechargeable battery in the larger version, are there any differences between the larger and the smaller versions of this speaker? Does one have any capabilities that the other doesn’t?

- Answer I have both though just for the last few weeks. I haven't noticed any differences as far as Google Assistant. The smaller one does allow you to connect a cable and charge a phone. You can't do that with the bigger one. That's about it.

- Answer Did you set it up with a Samsung phone? Because they mess up the time. See if you have another device or if you have a Chromebook download the Home app from the Play Store onto it and set up the Voice. I know it sucks, happened to me too.

QuestionWhen I set the alarm to wake to Pandora, the snooze function doesn't work consistantly. I read the snooze alarm will not play music (though I thought it did at least once). Can I least get it to sound an alarm, if the initial alarm is set to play music?

- Answer You have to set everything up through the google home app. So if it's possible to do it on there, then it might be something you would have to troubleshoot with Google.

QuestionI am planning on taking this to the UK. Does the PSU support 240v, and if not, what are its specs? (Does it *output* 110v or step it down to, say, 12v DC?) Also, will smart features work in UK? What if I perform first set up in the US before I leave?

- Answer Ah, that's interesting. After posting the question, i found the instruction manual pdf online and that clearly states that the adaptor is good for 110v-240v so can be used abroad with a local converter, but that 'not all apps are available in all territories'. I also watched a YouTube review that claimed the same thing - that the PSU us dual voltage. On the strength of this I bought 2 speakers in the Black Friday sale - I live in the UK (where we don't have an equivalent device) but am visiting US family over Xmas, so I guess I will find out when I visit in a few weeks. If the power supplies are 110v only, i'll either get a 240v adapter from Amazon in the UK or return them (there's a Best Buy bear where I'm staying at).

- Answer I have three of these speakers and I had the same issue setting one of them up in a room that did not have the best WiFi service. I ended up having to purchase an updated WiFi extender and then it worked like a charm. This could possibly be the issue.

- Answer Absolutely. The main issue both are going hear your requests but only one should respond. It my not be "yours" that responds but both function perfectly as clocks all the time.

- Answer I also have the same issue. Troubleshooted with Google the device settings and all google apps - no content filtering. They said it's something with Insignia. Currently running: Software v: 310 Cast firmware v: 1.32.129357 Insignia/BestBuy - is there a firmware update or some other way to resolve this?

- Answer No. Alarms can only be set and ring on the initial setup device. They cant be sent to others. Same as original Google Home devices.

- Answer You can make calls using the speaker directly. But you can't answer calls with it even if paired with your phone.

- Answer It does not have either am/fm or sd card support. You can tell it to play a station by its call letters or name and it will if the station has an online stream. (Example: Ok Google, play WABC radio, or ok Google play Hits 96.3)

QuestionWhen I have set a multi day music alarm, the clock display keeps blinking when I say "stop". To keep this from happening I have to cancel the alarm and reset it every day. Is there a way to stop today's alarm and keep the "every weekday" alarm active?

- Answer If you hit one of the volume buttons, instead of saying "Stop", that will stop the flashing. I have no idea if this behavior is by design, but I agree it's annoying.
