A:AnswerMine doesn't. If it loses wifi, it just says "nET" on the display and it won't ever reconnect by itself. I have to unplug it.
It's not really an alarm clock. It's a clock (when it wants to work), that can play alarm sounds (if you're lucky).

Once it's been done on your phone it will be saved and you can just have that voice profile used for the speaker without having to say it again

That said, I have this problem as well. My solution is to cycle power by pulling the plug. Works.
A:AnswerTry saying "Hey Google. Set volume to 6." That should be sufficient. I accidentally set the voice level to 10 and it just about blasted me out of the room.
