“I've factory reset my insignia clock and I can go longer get past setup. After connecting the clock to wifi it tells me "problems connecting to cloud" when trying to link accounts. Neither me or my gf can link accounts. Im not having this issue w/ my mini”

Open Google home app, open the menu, tap more settings, scroll down to devices, find the old device (what it was before factory reset) and tap it. Then go all the way to the bottom where it says "unlink device" and hit the "x" there Then try setup again
