I just opened the box and set it up. The numbers on my display screen are all messed up... it’s 10:37 and it reads 18:87. It’s almost as if the clock screen numbers all want to be lit up all the time. How do I fix this? null

Regarding your inquiries it is really weird that the numbers on the display are showing up the way you describe then. Please try to reset the speaker to factory defaults (by pressing and holding reset button at the bottom) that should take care of it. If the issue persist, please have it exchanged directly at your local Best Buy store.
