“I can connect the speaker to my phone via Bluetooth or home app however when connected - I do not see from my phone as a source for a call / skype business app. Is there any way I can connect to the speaker from a phone call as another bluetooth source?”

No, this will not show up as a source for phone calls as this device does not have any microphone capabilities.
