You can only aim the light downward. For any other direction, use your neck :)

Yes you can adjust the angle of the light and there is quite a range of motion for you to adjust to your specific needs. I can saw from experience that the ability to adjust the light is a non issue, hope this helps!!!!

it is adjustable, you can move quiet a bit.

Up and down, but not side to side. To do that, you have to turn your head.
