“Just received this from BestBuy.com and cant get it to turn on without the power cord. With the power cord plugged in, the light turns red and the power button turns the speaker on. However if not using the plug, I can not get it to turn on. Ideas?”

• This has happened to me, I opened the end cap and pushed the USB charge button a few times and then it turned on. Not sure why but that seems to work. Also make sure it is fully charged.
