I just had mine setup with IOS 11.2 (not 11.1.2 but even later update) and it worked fine.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The insignia app has not been updated yet. However, you can use the apple home app on your iPhone to setup the device and program automation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The app works fine, it’s the product # that gives an error. Not able to recognize the code as a valid #. Please research with insignia to find the status of their upgrade. As of today it was not complete.
