• Chromecast do not work on Bluetooth technology, they utilize wifi direct. You will not be able to pair your chromecast to your headphones.

• If you are trying to pair your chromecast to the headphones then I don't think that is even possible. What are you trying to achieve? Your question is very confusing.

• Quite likely you turn both on (have TV on) and press the phone button until it finds the Chromecast.
