This headset can remember up to 6 paired devices at a time. You cannot reset the headset. If you are wanting to pair to a new device, simply follow the pairing process to get it successfully paired. Press and hold (call) to enter pairing mode. The LED blinks red and blue. Make sure that your Bluetooth device is within 33 ft. (10 m) of your headset. Turn on your Bluetooth device, turn on Bluetooth, then set your device to pairing mode. For more information, see the documentation that came with your Bluetooth device. On your Bluetooth device, select NS-CAHBTEB01. The LED lights blue and a tone sounds when your headset pairs to your Bluetooth device. Pairing two devices

If it is and it's powered on your headset will auto connect with the first phone because it is considered to be the primary device. Some phones have the option in the Bluetooth settings to designate itself as the primary device and to connect automatically to whichever Bluetooth device you're connecting with individually.
