Questionhow do i reset the bluetooth?I received another phone and was told that the reason my Bluetooth isn't working anymore is because it was paired to my old device and needs to be reset in order to pair with the newer device. This Bluetooth was just purchased last week so I know its not broken already!!!!!!!!!!

- Answer This headset can remember up to 6 paired devices at a time. You cannot reset the headset. If you are wanting to pair to a new device, simply follow the pairing process to get it successfully paired. Press and hold (call) to enter pairing mode. The LED blinks red and blue. Make sure that your Bluetooth device is within 33 ft. (10 m) of your headset. Turn on your Bluetooth device, turn on Bluetooth, then set your device to pairing mode. For more information, see the documentation that came with your Bluetooth device. On your Bluetooth device, select NS-CAHBTEB01. The LED lights blue and a tone sounds when your headset pairs to your Bluetooth device. Pairing two devices

- Answer No there is no caller ID. Unless your phone announces your calls out loud, then that would be heard through them. But there are basically just a wireless headset.

- Answer No these are not weatherproof. You do not want to get them wet. They will have random buttons activating if they get too wet and cause many problems.

- Answer When the battery is at the lowest the light will be red when you connect the charger. Purple means the battery is medium. Blue means it is fully charged.

- Answer They do offer noise canceling in the fact the ear buds fill you ear making it hard for sound to enter your ear, but the microphone pics up all back ground noise such as traffic marking it hard for others to hear you talk during phone calls.

- Answer Chromecast do not work on Bluetooth technology, they utilize wifi direct. You will not be able to pair your chromecast to your headphones.

QuestionI cant hear audio on my headet any longer. I can hear other sounds and hear people when they call but it wont play sound from podcasts, apps etc. Is there a setting I need to change?? It used to play the audio just fine and all of a sudden it doesnt work.
