“I bought these this weekend, worked right out of the box. Listened at work, took home to charge that night and left it on the charger for about 4 hours. Put them on this morning, and it says low battery. Do they have to be on when charging or off?”

• turn off unless u previously been overcharging each night then it doesnt hold a long charge eventually.

• Mine didn't need to be turned on. Just got to make sure the status indicator is red when you charge it up. It disappears (red light) upon completion of charging.

• They would have to be OFF when charging. You defeat the purpose of charging your bluetooth while it's on.
