“I bought these this weekend, worked right out of the box. Listened at work, took home to charge that night and left it on the charger for about 4 hours. Put them on this morning, and it says low battery. Do they have to be on when charging or off?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine didn't need to be turned on. Just got to make sure the status indicator is red when you charge it up. It disappears (red light) upon completion of charging.
