• Hey mate try and reset the headphones by power them down and started them again.

• You can try a couple things. On your bluetooth list of devices, forget this headset and search again for it and try to pair up with it. If it doesn't show as an option and you have multiple other options, forgot one that you dont use as often. Sometimes there is a limit to how may devices you can have on your phone. Good luck.
