Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get them to connect. If you have never connected them before, hold the button down for longer than it takes to turn it on (while they are off). It should either make another noise to indicate pairing or vibrate, but will flash blue and red. Depending on your device, you may have to have the bluetooth on the device on first. If you see the headset show up on your bluetooth menu, click it. If it says it can't connect, i restart the device and turn the headset off again. If you dont see the headphones, you can either turn of the bluetooth on your device and turn the headset by n off and try again, this time with the headset turned on first. I have had it happen a couple of times that they are just being picky and i will try a different device, they will connect, and then i try the original device and they work fine.
