“My headphones are dead but when I plug them in to charge the light turns blue not red”

Turn actual heat set on - there is on off switch on the inner side
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not trying to be funny - but make sure devise is turned off when you charge. Blue light indicates it is charged - now you have to make sure you turn the devise back on. I forgot myself once and I was so frustrated - then the ahhh moment hit me!!! There is an on/off switch on the headset - wha-la - good to go!!!
