Make sure you adjust the volume onot your device as well as the headphones them self

You may have to adjust the volume on your Bluetooth as well as on your phone.

Cheap headset with a lot of static

This might not be your problem, but on my Galaxy S7 phone, it limits the volume of the sound unless I override it. It comes up with a notification that states that high volume could hurt your ears. When I override it, it is plenty loud.

Very poor quality!! I purchased a set and tried to use them for a month thinking I could work the kinks out. Bad move on my part! I wound up trashing and going back to LG.
