• No, connecting the headset via Bluetooth to the TV turns off all external sound, both sound bar and tv speakers.

• Yes it does. These headphones doesn’t keep the sound from protruding out, which means anyone in the room will clearly hear what you are listening to and you will hear everything outside the headphones while listening also.
