• You have to pair the device to the phone or game console using blue tooth feature. If the computer,phone or console does not have blue tooth, you have to plug in the headphones using the included headphone cord.

• If they're connecting with the wire, you'd need to get a headphone cable with an in-line microphone Not sure if Best Buy sells them, but they're available online at the usual places for buying literally everything, like that place named after a rain forest, if you catch my drift. The mic on most wireless headphones is only usable through Bluetooth connection.
