Check that the sound output on the PC has "Headphones (INSIGNIA NS-xxxxxxxxx Stereo" as the sound output device and NOT "Headset (INSIGNIA NS-xxxxxxxxx Hands Free".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.not sure try repairing with computer and see if that solves it otherwise you might need a driver update. to my knowledge it should always be stereo.
