“Hi so I've bought these headphones and they work however, normally I'd listen to music on the lowest volume since they are quite loud. Now I just turned it on but when I listen to music, have to listen to music on full volume. Is there a way to fix this?”

Hi! In this case I would like to mention that the volume can be controlled on the headphones (by using the buttons) or on the sound source (phone, computer or any other).
