- Answer Hello Kevo. Here are the instructions: 1- Place the metal trivet in the bottom of your inner cooking pot. 2- Pour water or liquid of choice into the pot. At least 1 cup. 3- Place crab on trivet in pot. 4- Place the lid on the pot and set vent to sealing. 5- Press the “steam” or "pressure cook" button and cook for 3 minutes. 6- Natural release the pressure once the cooking cycle has finished. 7- Enjoy!

- Answer We appreciate your question. The Instant Pot - 6QT Duo Plus Multi-Use Pressure Cooker with Whisper-Quiet Steam Release, can be set for exactly 106F using the Sous Vide function and the time can be set for up to 99:30. Enjoy!
