Q: The inner pot is stainless too?
A: Yes the inner pot is stainless.
Q: Can it cook a whole chicken? If so how large can the chicken be?
A: Could not determine if you meant a uncut chicken. A cutup whole chicken would work, My preference is to purchase either thighs (without or with bones or breast (without bones). This eliminates having to deal with small bones. My experience has been approximately 8 thighs can fit into the pot. Also my preference is skinless. The chicken will produce a lot of liquid and makes great flavor for gravy. Potatoes, carrots and celery come out perfect each time. I hope you enjoy this cooking appliance as much as I have.
