Thanks for your question! The Duo Plus doesn't have a dedicated Steam button however you can steam using the Pressure Cook function. It uses pressure to steam the food faster, but the results are almost identical to traditional steaming. To set it up, put your food in an oven-safe steamer on the trivet, or directly on the trivet, and add water to the inner pot. Select the Pressure Cook function and let the pot do the rest!
