There's no WiFi on the Duo Plus. Sous Vide works by sealing your food in an airtight bag and immersing it in heated water. The water cooks the food to the exact temperature set without going over. One of the most popular uses is to cook a steak to the desired internal temperature, then quickly searing the outside for a super even result!
