The Steam function on the Instant Pot - 8Qt Pro Electric Pressure Cooker isn't exactly the same as traditional steaming. It uses pressure to steam the food faster, but the results are almost identical. To set it up, put your food in an oven-safe steamer on the trivet, or directly on the trivet, and add water to the inner pot. Select the Steam function and let the pot do the rest!
