• The Pro model, Yogurt function custom setting (fermentation), has a temperature range of 77F to 185F and can be set from 00:30-99:30. We hope this helps!

• Select ‘yoghurt’ button, turn the front knob to set 12 (hours). Press start and it will beep after few minutes. The display will show 12 hours. You don’t have to do anything else either setting, just wait for 12 hours. I assume you are making sweet yoghurt, if not 8 hours should suffice.
