• Hello there Slickrick. You can absolutely use the Duo 3Qt Mini to reheat things like soup or chili. You can use the Sauté function to reheat the same way that you would reheat on the stovetop. The Sauté function has a LOW setting which is great for simmering, Normal setting which is used for sautéing and the More setting which is perfect for searing. It can be set for up to 30 minutes.

• I have never used it for that. It has a saute feature that would probably work for reheating.
