were can I get a manual for my Insta pot Duok SV 6 qt ? Do I have to buy one or will company send me one?

Odd that you having an insta pot and unboxing it that it does not come with a manual. https://instantpot.com/faq/getting-started-instant-pot/ Another helpful hint is place the lid to the right till it drops down on the insta pot at that point you’ll hear a musical tune and the screen says lid. Then turn it to left and that locks it for you. Enjoy your insta pot and have fun cooking. Stay safe!

There are many many "how to" videos that apply to all Instant Pots, and you can even ask for one that specifically applies to your version. Just go to YouTube and enter "How to set up and use my Instant Pot" and a whole world will open for you!
