it means the food is sarting to burn . When there is no enough water or the food is overcooked , the food starts to stick to the vessel bottom and it indicates food burn .

The Instant Pot will automatically reduce the temperature to avoid overheating. Starch deposits at the bottom of the inner pot may have blocked heat dissipation.
