How do I get replacement seal for my instant pot null

Order some on Amazon. Get a multipack of 2 or more and use a different color ring for different types of food. For instance, red for desserts, blue for savory dishes like fish and such to prevent transferring odors to your foods. You wouldn't want your desserts smelling like onions.

Check where you got it from. Most places that sell the pot also sell accessories. Mine came with 2 gaskets for the lid. If you can't find one there, there is always Amazon or the Instant Pot website.
