Hi, I bought mine about 3 weeks ago the app works fine! Are you connected to ur wifi? Is ur pot connected? You tube u can find 2 videos that help you connect it can be a bit difficult because most internet speed connections are 5ghz and u need to be connected at 2.4ghz to connect the pot, then u can go back to ur regular internet speed settings. I hope this helps!
