• Hello LindyLu. Yes, the water reservoir is removable. The Instant Solo brews the coffee at a temperature between 88-90ºC (190-195ºF). There is no way to adjust the brewing temperature. We hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any more questions.
