Yes. But cleanup will be even easier if you make sure to have the drip pan in place, especially if you are using the rotisserie feature or the fry basket.

It's fairly easy. Like with anything else, if you wash the trays immediately after, either by hand or in a dishwasher, or at least soak them to soften the cooked-on food, it will be easier. Also, the interior is either aluminum or stainless steel (not a metallurgist), so it wipes clean with little trouble using a damp sponge (wait for it to cool first!).
