• Not supposed to wash door in water. Just wipe woth damp cloth. I doubt the glass will come off. Maybe you can get in touch with instant and get a new door.

• I don't think you can remove the window. Try to wash it again but use a little dishwasher spot free rinse agent. Might help remove the spots.
