• The cooler is not already attached, but thermal paste is already applied. Be careful to not make a mess with it.

• Pendagon, The Thermal Paste is applied on the Stock Cooler that comes with the Intel Core i5-10400 Processor. No need to apply any more, as it is sufficient. Thank you for choosing Intel for your build.
