I don't believe so. Windows should automatically utilize all cores depending on the tasks

Intel, apparently, worked extensively with Microsoft on Windows 11 to develop the bigLITTLE core scheduling. Remains to be seen how effective it will be, and I wouldn't be surprised if there are teething problems. But it should be handled automatically.
