• It is compatible. The fan that comes with it sucks would recommend buying a 20 dollar fan since it’s a stock 7 dollar fan.

• Yes it comes with a stock intel heatsink and fan. I installed it on an asrock z390 so it should work fine with tour MSI z390 board
