Unfortunately from what I can find online, your PC has a 4th gen i5 CPU which uses an LGA1150 socket set and this CPU uses an LGA1151 socket set. I don't see the point in upgrading your CPU on your PC unless the one that is in it is broken. Might be better upgrading your RAM instead if you are just looking for a performance upgrade but you will need to research what the max upgradable capacity and speed of RAM your PC can handle.

As long as the motherboard has an LGA1151 socket with 300 series chiptset you will be fine. You will have to contact Dell to get the specifications of the motherboard in your computer.
