Mine came with an Intel branded cooler. However, it is small and can get loud under load. I recommend you get an after market cooler.

Yes but I would use an aftermarket one,. Noctua NH-U12S is what I used and my temps are great. It was $70.00 but very well worth it.

Yes, it comes with Intel Stock Cooler . Will work perfectly fine for the whole PC's natural life, potentially 5 - 8 years under normal operating environment, not sure how good it is if you overclock it for gaming, probably is but I don't overclock

Yes it does, although I would recommend buying a better cpu cooler preferably Aio type...that way you will be guaranteed in a cooler and better performance
