Does this CPU come with a cooler null

No, it does not. I have the kraken z73 aio on mine and it keeps it cool, like 30ish degrees celsius on idle and it runs about 38-40 degrees when playing minecraft lol.

That is a negative, Dylan. The i7-13700K does not come with its own cooler. In fact, I do not believe you will be able to boot up your PC unless you have one attached. I would recommend getting one of Corsair's AIO's. They have been very reliable for me in the past and present.
