• Just like the AMD 5000 series, NVIDIA 3000 series, next gen consoles, etc. it's very safe to assume this product will only launch online and won't be available in stores until stock is plentiful.

• Depends on the scalpers. Most likely not since the new trend now days is buying a demanding product and reselling it on ebay so no can get one.
