- Answer Intel found a fault with the i9-13900K and issued RMA's for that chipset. Replacing it with a 14900K might not result you in any real performance gains, but it will provide you with a more stable chipset.

- Answer Yes Absolutely this processor will work with Windows 10 64bit. As far as I know there is no such thing as a CPU that requires a specific operating system
