You will have to itemized deductions, but is permisible according the new law.if I were you I would look into this question on the IRS blog, to make sure you are working with the right software. Since you make a distribution from your IRA to pay for this expenses, be prepare to pay the taxes in this money, and depending in your age a possible penalty.
