• If you bought the disk version this is what worked after multiple tries: 1. Open File Explorer 2. Right click on the Turbo Tax Icon (see attached) 3. Click on the install message (see attached) 4. The following screens take time to open so be patient. 5. Install the updates when finally installed. 6. You should then be ready to go. NOTE: We did have issues with windows 10 security until we found this process.

• i HAVE BEEN USING TURBOTAX FOR ABOUT 11 YEARS. The only time that I downloaded it I had serious issues with updates that would fail. I eventually bought that same year boxed and have never downloaded

• Yes, you can download it from Intuit w/o buying the disk but cost is the same.
