No, it's $25 per state to e-file. Deluxe comes with one state, you have to purchase any more states separately but it will figure everything for you. I personally file 1 fed and 3 different states. Works fine as long as you know what income and deductions are in each state.

Yes and no. If you bought TT w/state (includes one state), you'll be able to figure out your state taxes for free but you can't e-file them for free. You simply need to print and mail your state return to avoid an e-file fee. No big deal but they try very hard to in sell you state e-file in-app which is almost the same price as TT.

No, each State return costs about $19.99 (that is what it cost me last year).
