Q: Why does it say 1 user. Previous years up to 5 users were able to use the same soft wear
A: Don't know why it says this as i bought turbo and installed on my two computers. When you register to activate the program a message pops up saying it can be installed on up to five computers. Perhaps they are referring to the state download as you are only allowed one free state, if you need another it costs you. Just a guess.
Q: I have a macbook macOS high sierra version 10.13.6. Will this be compatible for my mac?
A: Hello unfortunately no this is the same version we have and tried the Cd and downloading online which says is compatible... was not. Intuit suggestion included turning off our security fire wall, NOPE. If you try... best of luck we are going H&R Block

Q: Does Mac/Windows run on both Mac and Windows?
A: Yes but it needs version 10.9 on I Mac to run. Only have 10.6 O S available for my old iMac so it’s a waist of money to me. Had to download it online and pay for it again

A: No. You need at least Windows 8. I would also recommend upgrading to Windows 10. XP is long gone.

A: yes. turbo tax delux will more than adequately serve for the sale or refi of a home
A: I cannot answer the Big Sur question, but I have in the past bought the CD for my macbook without a CD drive twice and both times TurboTax customer service had me read the code on the CD and they added the digital downloads to my TurboTax online account.
