“Why does it say 1 user. Previous years up to 5 users were able to use the same soft wear”

Don't know why it says this as i bought turbo and installed on my two computers. When you register to activate the program a message pops up saying it can be installed on up to five computers. Perhaps they are referring to the state download as you are only allowed one free state, if you need another it costs you. Just a guess.
